What is the age range?

Parish Nights is a dance community built for young adults, by young adults.

We provide a fun, safe, and wholesome environment for young adults (18-30s) to build friendships and connect with their fellow peers – without the influence of alcohol.

Do I need to bring a partner to dance with?

Nope, you don’t need to bring a partner, or even know anyone! In our classes, we rotate partners regularly. This helps everyone get to know each other and improves your dancing faster. Of course, you’re welcome to bring a partner if you’d like, but it’s not a requirement.

How much does it cost?

The cover per night is $10 (Cash, Card, or Venmo).
Memberships are only $18/month (Card only - sign up online)

Can I bring my romantic partner (and only dance with them)?

Yes, we recommend rotating dance partners during the class as it helps everyone learn faster and encourages socialization. However, couples who wish to remain together for the entire class can do so.

Is smoking or alcohol allowed?

Nope, we are smoking-free and alcohol-free!

Where are you located?

The building we rent is called "Rejuven8 Fitness Studio" and is only a 5 minute drive (1.1 miles) away from Costco.

What clothes / shoes should I wear?

We typically recommend folks to wear the same kind of things they’d wear to Target or Costco.

If you want specific recommendations, these are some common items…

For clothes:

• T-shirts, tank tops, blouses

• Jeans, casual pants, or leggings

Please don’t come dressed in your pajamas lol

For shoes, this could be “sneakers”, “tennis shoes”, "cowboy boots", or something similar.

Shoes that are NOT recommended: "flip flops", "high heels", work boots".

Where do I park?

There are 45+ easy free parking spots available at the dance studio (2811 Kaliste Saloom Rd B, Lafayette, LA 70508).
